Pompette Brisbane.
Nestled in the heart of The Terrace at Queen’s Wharf, Pompette brings a little French joie de vivre to Brisbane.

This opulent yet playful champagne and oyster bar features Parisian interiors by Clui Design, with a menu that reimagines haute cuisine for a modern Australian audience. The result? European sophistication with a lighthearted edge.
From the 16-metre marble bar to the blush-and-brass finishes, every detail of this high-impact hospitality fitout demanded precision. Unita worked closely with Clui and the client team to bring the design to life in the brand new Queen’s Wharf precinct. We played a critical role in value engineering, refining details and material selections to protect the project’s budget and design intent.
The venue features multiple private dining rooms (including one with its own private entry), a leafy terrace, and Brisbane’s first dedicated oyster bar, complete with in-house Écailler. From long lunches to late-night rendezvous, it’s a space designed for decadence – where champagne flows freely, caviar comes by the bump, and even the smallest details have been carefully considered.
Pompette is a standout in The Star’s dining precinct, bringing a touch of Parisian elegance to Brisbane’s late-night scene.
