That can include partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, joinery, furniture and finishes, along with essential services like air-conditioning, power, data and fire. How long does it take to fit out a workplace?
A typical office fit out takes 8 to 12 weeks once design and approvals are complete. Smaller refurbishments can move faster, while larger corporate spaces or multi-floor projects can take longer.
