We're all about amazing fitouts.

Our promise: Built better together.

  • Collaboration
  • communication
  • Clarity

Collaboration is the foundation of every great fitout. We work with clients, designers and contractors to keep every moving part in sync. It’s about open conversations, fast problem-solving and decisions made with our clients’ goals in mind.

WE’ve got boots on the ground in every major city across australia.

From Bondi to Brisbane to Booragoon, we deliver fitouts across the country.

Fitouts from start to finish.

We manage every stage of your project, from design collaboration through to construction, joinery manufacturing, project management and aftercare. With everything built, manufactured and managed by our team, we keep projects running smoothly and finished to the highest standard.

projects of all sizes and budgets.

We make no apologies for looking professional – but it might surprise you to hear we don’t just build flagship stores and five-star venues. We also love smaller fitouts! Local cafés and boutique retailers are just as important to us as large-scale projects, and we hold ourselves to the same standard whether your budget is $400k or $4 million.

cross-sector experience.

Our experience spans everything from hospitality and retail to wellness, office, hotel and airport fitouts. This breadth gives us a deeper understanding of how spaces work and what they demand. We draw on insight from each to solve problems faster, plan smarter and deliver complex projects with confidence.

collaborative Partnerships.

Every great fitout is the result of collaboration. We work alongside designers, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants who share our standards and help us turn big ideas into brilliant spaces. Together, we deliver projects that set new benchmarks for quality and performance.

Leaders who make it happen.

Our leadership team has deep experience across design, construction and project delivery. They’re clear communicators, problem-solvers and big-picture thinkers who bring grit and precision to every project. With hands-on experience across every sector, they make complex fitouts seem effortless.

Building a better future.

At Unita, we have always believed in building more than just spaces. We build meaningful connections, support local initiatives, champion Australian manufacturing, and back causes that make a real difference. We’re committed to building a future that’s better for everyone: people, partners and the planet.
