Bid Coordinator

Sydney

As a Bid Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, expressions of interests & capability statements (end to end);
  • Preparing tender and corporate presentations using InDesign;
  • Reviewing tenders and submissions for consistency and accuracy;
  • Assisting with panel & prequalification applications, as required;
  • Coordinating the maintenance of documents such as CVs, profile sheets, case studies; and
  • Assisting with maintaining and reviewing tender, submission and presentation design templates.

About You!

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in graphic design within the property and/or construction industry;

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Establishment and ongoing management of projects from $500k upwards
  • Working in line with the Unita Group PM framework to deliver high quality projects
  • Creating process improvement and innovation with the senior management team
  • Preparation of business development submissions and project management plans
  • Providing strong support and leadership to the Site Manager and Contracts Administrator
  • Management of budgets and financials, programs and quality

  • Minimum 5 years’ construction/development industry experience

About you!

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role within a Commercial Construction or Fit out Company;
  • Bachelor of Construction Management, QS or a construction related qualification;

  • Experience managing ‘head contracts’ of a project with the project value < $1million;
