T.O.T.O at Duxton Hotel Perth.
Unita partnered with The Duxton Hotel and Shift Architecture to transform the former Lobby Bar into T.O.T.O, a contemporary dining destination that respects the hotel’s rich history while introducing a fresh hospitality experience.

This building was originally constructed in the 1960s as the Australian Tax Office building, before being transformed into a hotel in 1996. The latest refurbishment carefully balances the building’s heritage with modern design, creating a venue that feels both familiar and revitalised.
Located next to the hotel lobby, the project required meticulous planning to minimise disruption and allow the hotel to remain fully operational throughout the eight-week programme. Staged construction, careful noise management and safe access ensured the refurbishment was delivered seamlessly without compromising the guest experience.
T.O.T.O features a striking new feature bar, a private dining room created within a previously underutilised space, and a refreshed alfresco area that enhances flexibility and atmosphere. Delivered on time and on budget, this hospitality fitout demonstrates Unita’s ability to execute hospitality refurbishments within live environments while honouring the character of an existing space.
