Working closely with Luchetti Krelle and the client, our team coordinated specialist equipment, services and finishes to support both food production and a premium hospitality experience within the compact 182m² space.

Early planning and strong collaboration ensured the design intent was maintained while meeting strict hygiene and durability requirements associated with food preparation environments.

Completed in just 12 weeks and delivered on time and on budget, the hospitality fitout reflects Unita’s ability to execute high-quality hospitality fitouts within complex developments – helping bring Cow & The Moon’s quality-driven brand to one of Sydney’s most exciting food destinations.
