Robert Rowe
Founder
Robert is an award-winning entrepreneur who has established multiple high-performing businesses in the construction and fitout sector. As the founder of Unita, he has built one of Australia’s largest interior fitout companies, delivering complex projects across hospitality, retail, wellness and commercial spaces.
Passionate about culture, Rob built the team that allows Unita to deliver with absolute certainty, creating systems that give clients visibility, accountability and confidence throughout every stage of the fitout process.
Matt Lane
Chief Executive Officer
Matt stepped into the CEO role at Unita after five years as General Manager and three years as COO. He has worked closely with our founder, Rob, and the broader executive team to drive national expansion, strengthen internal operations and guide the company through a period of significant growth and transformation.
Matt brings operational leadership, a clear strategic vision, and a deep commitment to Unita’s culture. He first joined Unita after a career spanning large-scale commercial construction and client-side roles.
Joe Olsen
Chief Financial Officer
Joe is a strategic CFO with global experience, providing financial leadership and a disciplined commercial focus to drive organisational performance. With experience spanning multiple industries, Joe thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, leading transformation, capital allocation and strategic growth.
He partners across the Unita business and with key stakeholders to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency and deliver scalable results that support customer success, growth and long-term value.
Amanda Cole
Advisory Board Chair
Amanda is a strategist and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience guiding business growth. Founder of Spark Consultants and recipient of the Telstra Young Business Woman Award, she brings independent insight to help shape Unita’s future direction.
Andrew McMaster
Advisory Board Member
Andrew brings over 30 years of finance, strategy and senior leadership experience to Unita’s advisory board. He is a founding shareholder and CEO of CV Services Group, helps guide and mentor senior leadership, and advises on performance and strategy.
Ashleigh Greene
Head of People and Culture
Human-centred and commercially focused, Ash builds clear, scalable strategies that balance the human with the commercial. Drawing on her 17 years of experience, Ash fosters engagement, accountability, and the high performance culture that drives Unita’s success.

Fleur is a results-driven B2B marketing leader with 20 years of experience building brands. With expertise across digital, content and product marketing, she brings creativity, curiosity and a sharp commercial mindset to her role, along with a passion for storytelling.

A Chartered Accountant with over a decade in corporate advisory and finance, Emma brings precision and commercial insight to every project. She ensures Unita’s financial systems run seamlessly, supporting transparency and dependable project delivery.

Bruce, our pint-sized poodle, brings joy to everyone he meets. With a big personality and a bit of a cheeky streak (especially if treats are involved), he lightens the mood, keeps our team smiling and makes sure there’s always time for play – even during the busiest workday.

Alex brings deep technical knowledge and broad industry experience to his role. Starting his career in the UK as an engineer before moving into project management, he’s known for his detailed approach, strong leadership and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

With a background in carpentry and 20 years+ in construction, Grant brings deep onsite experience and a meticulous eye for potential hazards. He sets a high benchmark, fostering a safety culture of education and accountability, ensuring every project runs efficiently.
