EW&L Wealth engaged Unita to support the next phase of their workplace evolution, expanding into an adjacent tenancy to accommodate a growing team while maintaining a strong, unified culture.
The focus for this project was collaboration, and how the space physically connected people across what were once two separate offices. Working closely with Collectivus and the client, Unita helped transform the neighbouring office and create a seamless link with the existing workspace. A new connecting doorway was introduced, with shared amenities at the heart of the combined footprint. A central coworking hub, kitchen and three meeting rooms now sit between the two spaces.
Through early value engineering and close consultation, Unita and Collectivus helped refine the design to meet cost expectations without sacrificing intent. Existing lighting was retained and reused where possible to improve cost efficiency in this office fitout.
The project was delivered on time and on budget, with strong collaboration across all parties from design through to construction. The result is a cohesive, flexible workplace that supports EW&L Wealth’s continued growth.
