Unita supported the expansion of UNIQLO’s Truganina Distribution Centre, providing site management and specialist building services to facilitate the installation of new warehouse infrastructure.
Working closely with the client’s team and contractors, Unita coordinated day-to-day site activities while delivering electrical, fire protection and carpentry works required to support the expanded racking and conveyor systems.
Rather than leading the warehouse installation itself, Unita played a critical coordination role, ensuring multiple trades and contractors worked safely and efficiently within a live operational environment.
Fire sprinkler modifications, electrical upgrades and services integration were carefully managed to align with the new automated systems and minimise disruption to ongoing operations.
The project demonstrates Unita’s ability to collaborate within complex industrial environments, providing the site leadership and technical expertise needed to support large-scale operational expansions.
