Located on the lobby level of Sofitel Brisbane Central, Thyme² Restaurant offers buffet dining that blends worldwide culinary trends with the sophistication of Brisbane’s cuisine.

Unita partnered with Sofitel to deliver a complete refurbishment of the buffet and dining areas, creating a more cohesive and elevated environment that enhances both guest experience and operational flow.
The design supports an extensive and ever-changing offering, with more than 150 international dishes featured throughout the week. From fresh seafood displays to seasonal hot dishes and in-house desserts, the space needed to accommodate high volumes while maintaining a sense of quality and control. Material selections and detailing were chosen for durability and ease of maintenance, without compromising on the overall look and feel of the venue.
The result is a hospitality fitout that balances performance with experience, delivering a space that meets the demands of a high-traffic hotel environment.
