Mercure Spring Hill (In progress).
The Mercure Spring Hill refurbishment will be a transformation delivered across multiple live hotel zones, with Unita upgrading key guest-facing and operational areas while the hotel remains fully active.

The programme covers refurbishments to the function room, conference centre, lobby and foyer, supported by a staged upgrade of every guest room.
Working in a live hotel requires disciplined staging, tight movement control and careful acoustic management to ensure the guest experience is protected at every step. Our team is coordinating trades, sequencing and daily handovers around operational peaks so the hotel can continue to operate without disruption throughout the fitout process.
The scope extends beyond finishes, with Unita managing lighting upgrades, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) procurement, back-of-house improvements and detailed interface coordination. Each zone will be delivered to meet the Mercure’s refined standards, with a focus on durability, presentation and long-term operational performance.
Close collaboration with Mercure’s hotel management team, Accor, and project consultants ensured every decision aligned with brand expectations and commercial goals.
