Tesla Service Centre Southport.
The expansion of the Tesla Service Centre at Southport demonstrates the team’s ability to deliver complex structural modifications that improve the functionality of existing industrial facilities.
Designed to support the growing operational demands of the service centre, the project focused on creating a larger, more efficient workshop without compromising the integrity of the existing building.
A key component of the works involved cutting large openings through existing tilt-panel walls to create an open workshop environment. To support the altered structure, the team installed a custom 17-metre-long truss beam, providing the strength required to maintain the roof while enabling the new layout.
Through careful planning, structural coordination and precise execution, the project successfully transformed the workshop into a more adaptable and efficient space, demonstrating the team’s capability to deliver technically challenging industrial upgrades.
