Collaborating once again with the talented designer Melissa Collison, our Unita NSW team have delivered a one-of-a-kind hospitality fitout. Its French retro charm, classic nostalgia and style effortlessly aligns with the Poulette cooking philosophy, which is inspired by using premium quality and locally sourced produce cooked to perfection over their custom designed spit.
