Set at the 100-year old Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo, this hotel fitout capitalises on the brilliant light, harbour, and cosmopolitan setting, transforming the historic wharf into a place that people can inhabit and truly appreciate.

A high-angle aerial view of a vibrant, multi-level indoor communal workspace or cafe area. The floor is light wood, and several artificial trees decorated with twinkling fairy lights are scattered throughout the space. Seating arrangements include small round tables with black metal chairs and larger tables with wicker chairs around a central, curved bench. On the left, a large, cube-like wooden lattice structure provides partial shade, and underneath it is a colorful seating nook where people are working on laptops at tables.
A grand, symmetrical view of a central reception area housed within a large industrial hall or atrium. The high ceiling is dominated by exposed white metal trusses and beams. The reception desk is built inside a house-shaped structure made of black-framed glass panels, illuminated by hanging bare bulbs. The desk itself is light green or brass-colored with a wooden base, and a sign above reads "RECEPTION." Behind the counter are two large, artificial trees with white blossoms and fairy lights. The floor in the foreground is light wood, and on the right, a lounge area with pink and gray upholstered seating is visible.

The expansive site was broken into smaller zones and pavilions, creating an intimate environment that celebrates the building’s heritage. Pockets of sunlight and tree-filled spaces within the pavilions encourage a variety of uses, which entices people to visit and linger.

A colorful and eclectic lounge area situated under a high industrial ceiling with exposed white metal trusses. The floor is covered by a vibrant rug with geometric patterns in shades of pink, red, and orange. The seating is arranged in conversation groups, including light gray armchairs with wooden frames and a bold pink/red high-backed sectional sofa on the right. Two large, abstract pieces of contemporary artwork hang on the back wall. Above the seating, a dark metal chandelier with exposed bulbs hangs down. The back wall features large windows and white paneling.
