Designed by MODE Architects, the 900m² ground-up development features four player changerooms, referee facilities, public amenities, a commercial kitchen and
canteen, offices, first aid rooms and infrastructure designed to accommodate a future second level.

Built on a former landfill site, the project required extensive foundation works, careful environmental management and innovative construction solutions to overcome challenging ground conditions.

Despite these complexities, the team delivered the project on programme, providing the club and wider community with a durable, future-ready facility that will support grassroots sport for years to come.
