The Brisbane Bullets High Performance Centre brings training, recovery, administration and retail together under one roof to create a seamless environment for players, staff and supporters.

Brisbane Bullets construction project by Unita, showing crane installation of the new structural steel frame.

Designed by Ink Duck, the 1,000m² facility features a FIBA-approved court, elite gym, shooting bays, treatment and recovery spaces, administration offices, player lounge and a merchandise store.

The existing building was transformed to accommodate the new court. The original roof was removed and reconstructed 5.5 metres higher, showcasing the team’s ability to adapt existing assets to meet specialist sporting requirements.

Delivered on time and on budget, the project demonstrates how thoughtful planning and integrated design can create a high-performance facility that supports every aspect of an elite sporting organisation.
