Unita delivered Lune Croissanterie’s first Gold Coast location at Pacific Fair, translating a brand renowned for precision and craftsmanship into a physical environment held to the same high standards.
Working alongside In Addition, the team carefully executed the considered design, with attention to detail extending across finishes, joinery and the integration of Lune’s highly technical production environment.
A standout feature is the frosted U-folded glass surrounding the kitchen, giving customers glimpses of movement within the kitchen and creating a sense of intrigue within the store. Another defining detail in this retail fitout is the tiled skeleton motif, which required careful setting out and precise installation.
Through close collaboration and precise execution, Unita brought the design vision to life, creating a refined new home for Lune that reflects the same care, technical precision and attention to detail found in every croissant.
