Unita delivered the fitout of Annabel’s Wine Bar, bringing to life an intimate hospitality fitout comprising a wine bar, alfresco patio, private dining spaces and commercial kitchen.
The project required a highly adaptable approach as the scope evolved throughout construction and multiple stakeholders, approvals and staged handovers.
The team remained flexible and adaptive throughout the project, maintaining a strong focus on quality, functionality and staying true to the overall design vision.
Careful consideration of the functionality of the front- and back-of-house spaces has created a venue that not only presents beautifully but performs effectively.
From the atmospheric wine bar and private dining areas to the highly functional kitchen and outdoor area, the completed venue demonstrates Unita’s ability to navigate complex hospitality projects while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a quality finished space.
