Working alongside interior designer Brahman Perera, Unita translated a design rooted in craftsmanship and conscience into a refined retail experience. Green flooring, velvet upholstery and full-height curtains set the tone, while custom joinery and client-supplied counters were integrated seamlessly on site. With tight access and shifting furniture requirements, Unita adapted quickly – sourcing most of its specified items from Australian suppliers to meet deadlines and keep the project moving.

Unita’s scope covered full construction and fitout, including services, flooring, lighting, signage and specialist installations. Clear, constant communication was central to delivery – ensuring fast variation approvals, smooth coordination with suppliers and confidence for Cullen Jewellery at every stage.
