Bringing this hotel fitout into the 21st Century, Unita was thrilled to deliver the 180 bedroom upgrade and heritage refurbishments to the main lobby alongside a private wine cellar, a ground-floor restaurant, yoga studio and gym upgrades.

Bringing this hotel fitout into the 21st Century, Unita was thrilled to deliver the 180 bedroom upgrade and heritage refurbishments to the main lobby alongside a private wine cellar, a ground-floor restaurant, yoga studio and gym upgrades. The 5 Star Kimpton Hotel is the first of its kind in Australia, owned and operated by Pro-Invest utilising IHG’s brand. This project featured Art-Deco inspired accents, bringing forth a sense of nostalgia through bold patterns and plush furnishings to create an eclectic inner-city retreat.
