Bringing this hotel into the 21st Century, Unita was thrilled to deliver the 180 bedroom upgrade and heritage refurbishments to the main lobby alongside a private wine cellar, a ground-floor restaurant, yoga studio and gym upgrades. The 5 Star Kimpton Hotel is the first of its kind in Australia, owned and operated by Pro-Invest utilising IHG’s brand. This project featured Art-Deco inspired accents, bringing forth a sense of nostalgia through bold patterns and plush furnishings to create an eclectic inner-city retreat.
