Spanning four levels across three heritage buildings, the project called for a highly considered approach to ensure design intent was maintained through every joinery element and hospitality space.

Unita was engaged to deliver joinery for 83 apartments, the hotel lobby and meeting room, along with the complete fitout of the ground floor restaurant and bar, The Anglesea. Working closely with Foolscap Studio, our team ensured the design vision carried seamlessly from guest rooms to shared spaces, from custom metalwork and cantilevered bedside tables to intricate timber, terrazzo and tiled finishes.

Across evolving site conditions our team remained flexible and collaborative, carefully managing subcontractors, client-supplied trades and base builders to preserve design integrity and deliver a cohesive, high-quality finish throughout.

This hotel fitout is a richly detailed and beautifully executed space where craftsmanship and consistency define every corner. This is a project that demonstrates Unita’s ability to uphold design intent while meeting timelines, budgets and client expectations.
