This fitout builds on Unita’s experience delivering TAB projects across Australia, including previous locations in Box Hill and the Gold Coast.

Working closely with TAB and Your Studio, our team provided approvals coordination, joinery manufacturing and construction to ensure the new design direction was realised with precision. Throughout the six-month programme, strong communication between client, designer and contractor ensured the project progressed smoothly.

Our team also worked collaboratively with the landlord to resolve base-building entry issues, assisting with solutions around the building’s entry ramp to keep the project moving. The result is a fitout that reflects TAB’s new design concept delivered on time and on budget.
