Unita was engaged in partnership with Tonic Architecture to complete the build and delivery of the high-end office fitout including internal boardrooms, staff offices, breakout area, kitchen amenities and front of house.

A focused shot of a minimalist seating arrangement in an office or lounge. Two identical armchairs with dark upholstery and light wooden frames face a large window. A small black wire-base side table sits between them, holding a potted white orchid. The view outside shows a distinctive, multi-story building with undulating white horizontal bands.
An angled, up-close shot of three modern, Asian-inspired pendant lamps hanging from the ceiling. The light shades are cylindrical and constructed of thin, vertical light-colored wood or bamboo slats. The warm, bright light inside creates a strong glow, and the lamps are suspended against a backdrop of a light wood ceiling detail and a white wall.

The fitout was completed within a live environment with occupied tenancies above and below.

The kitchen features shiny stainless steel countertops, white cabinets, two dishwashers with metallic green panels, and a large window overlooking a city view. Sunlight streams in from the right.

Dramatic, angled close-up view of two distinct ceiling elements. On the top left is a natural light-wood open-box lattice ceiling structure, through which dark exposed ductwork is visible. On the bottom right, a reflective panel or column features a bold, gold-toned diamond or geometric pattern, brightly illuminated by interior light.
View down a dark, reflective hallway into a contemporary breakout space. The hall walls are composed of dark panels inset with frosted glass that displays a stylized, repeating geometric pattern. The seating area visible through the opening features two dark armchairs with wooden frames, patterned pillows, and a round black coffee table, all set against a large window showing lush greenery outside.

Working closely with Tonic Architecture Unita’s Workplace team priced the Snelleman Tom Consulting Accountants & Financial Planners fit-out throughout the schematic planning stages to ensure the target budget could be achieved. Once signed off, Unita Commercial mobilised to build the high end detailed finishes over a nine week period, with practical completion just before Christmas.
During the various stages of this project through design and cost planning, invited tender and construction we experienced a high level of professionalism and attention to detail from the Unita team.
