Brighter, lighter and more spacious than its moody and narrow Melbourne sister, Japanese-fusion restaurant Sash has burst onto the Surry Hills food scene.

Spread across two neon-lit levels, the hospitality fitout out plays off the white brick and arched pillars running through the heritage-style building. Featuring wide leather booths and vivid watercolour feature walls mimicking the technicolour food masterpieces on offer.
