Engaged to completely transform the venue, Unita undertook a full strip-out and rebuild, helping reposition the ballroom as a premium destination for weddings, events and functions.
Working closely with the client, Unita assisted with site measurement and coordination to support the offshore procurement of custom wall panelling, chandeliers and finishes. The impact was immediate. Following completion, the ballroom hosted 35 weddings in its first year of operation after recording none in the previous three years.
