Managing the contract, budget and program with discipline, we transformed a 700sqm tenancy into a flagship space that reflects the brand’s global standard.
This retail fitout combined illuminated signage, custom joinery, detailed wall panelling and premium finishes throughout. Every detail mattered, with paint colours approved by Ralph Lauren’s New York headquarters.
A hidden structural wall forced a five-week stand-down mid-project. Instead of letting it derail delivery, Unita coordinated external contractors and powered ahead with a compressed schedule while keeping quality and cost intact.
Our scope spanned demolition, full interior fitout and signage backed by tight financial control, safety oversight and re-sequencing works for maximum efficiency. Collaboration with Ralph Lauren Australia and 2M Creative ensured every detail aligned.
