Unita had the privilege to deliver the 104 year old local favourite, Porters Plainland Hotel’s biggest refurbishment/expansion to date.

Unita had the privilege to deliver the 104 year old local favourite, Porters Plainland Hotel’s biggest refurbishment/expansion to date. With the demolition of the disused bottle shop and surrounding areas, the construction of a new hotel addition included 3 function rooms each with operable walls, a gaming area and bar, office space, keg room and cold room, and amenities. Additionally, a new motel has been added, with beautiful suites and a managers quarters finished to the highest of quality. Unita also undertook a large-scale civil project alongside this hotel fitout including earthworks, a carpark and road resurfacing.

Fitout and construction
