We are proud to partner with the Alemré Group to bring their bold new dining concept, Poca Madre, to life.

A warm-toned restaurant interior is shown, featuring a long, narrow wooden counter with woven-seat stools running along a wall of large black-framed windows on the left. The right side features a bar area with a light pink wall, arched shelving, and a backlit countertop, with a staircase leading down in the foreground.
A brightly lit restaurant dining room is filled with wooden tables and matching chairs with woven seats, all set for patrons. The room features a light pink ceiling, a wooden floor, and a large section of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a city street. A curved white wall on the left is decorated with a colorful, folk-art-style mural.

Designed by the creative team at Collectivus, Poca Madre’s space is a true reflection of their playful yet elevated take on dining. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported — with layered textures, vibrant materials and a dynamic layout that invites guests to explore, gather and celebrate.

Poca Madre isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience. Every design detail has been carefully considered to create a venue that feels authentic, immersive and unforgettable. We are proud to have played a part in bringing this vision to life alongside the Alemré Group, continuing our shared passion for creating spaces that spark connection and community.

Here’s to the beginning of something very special at Poca Madre.

Two arched wall niches in a warm terracotta-colored wall display wooden shelves stocked with bottles of wine. Below the shelves, a countertop holds various liquor bottles, a pitcher, and stacks of clean glassware. The scene is lit by soft light filtering through a straw-like light fixture visible at the top.
