Unita, in collaboration with Collectivus, delivered the brand’s impressive new two-storey flagship store in Queen Street Mall.

A modern, technology-focused retail interior is displayed, featuring a dark blue accent wall with light wood cabinetry and recessed shelving. The space includes a central service counter with a coffee setup and an interactive tablet display. In the foreground, there are black tables and a built-in leather banquette, while the ceiling shows exposed black ductwork and linear lighting.
The background features a glass-enclosed broadcast or streaming studio, clearly marked by a red neon "ON AIR" sign above the door. Inside, blue neon wall art is visible.

Digital media is seamlessly integrated throughout the store, with large-scale screens used as a bold visual backdrop that reinforces Optus’ brand presence and creates energy across the space.
The store is carefully zoned to support different needs and behaviours, creating tailored experiences for a broad and diverse customer base. From high-tech Kids Zones designed for families, to streamlined Express Connect areas for busy CBD customers, every space is purposeful and considered.
Unita delivered a store that balances visual impact with a nuanced customer experience. The result is a flagship retail environment designed to help visitors get more from their visit – engaging with the brand in a way that is efficient, relevant and future-focused.

The most striking feature is a glass-enclosed room in the background, labeled with a prominent, glowing red neon "ON AIR" sign, indicating a streaming or broadcast studio inside. A person and gaming chair are visible within.
