A detailed view of a luxurious restaurant dining area decorated with ornate wallpaper. The walls feature a beautiful, light mint green or sage green wallpaper with a detailed chinoiserie pattern of flowering trees, birds, and insects, including a large peacock. The walls are segmented by dark vertical and horizontal beams. Small, square tables with dark marble tops are set for dining with crisp white teacups and folded gray napkins. The tables are surrounded by soft, upholstered chairs in coordinating shades of gray and pale teal. A vertical, brass wall sconce provides warm lighting between the wall panels.

Designed by the brilliant minds at NUMI Collective and hashtag#builtbyUNITA, this hospitality fitout is all about sophistication, elegance, and a whole lot of attention to detail. Our team worked hard to bring NUMI’s vision to life, making sure every element was just right.

With a construct-only contract, we had one job: execute flawlessly. So, we did—collaborating closely with Far East Consortium Australia to tackle challenges head-on and deliver something truly special. The result? A restaurant that looks just as incredible as the food tastes.

A highly decorative and richly colored bar area in a restaurant, featuring Asian-inspired design. The bar counter has a dark marble top and is lined with stools upholstered in mustard yellow woven cane. Behind the counter, a large, dramatic red screen or wall covering with a gold chinoiserie pattern of figures and landscapes serves as a backdrop. This central panel is flanked by backlit wooden shelves fully stocked with rows of liquor bottles and stemware. The ceiling is painted a deep reddish-orange, from which hang several delicate, white flower-shaped pendant lights.

Interior view of a modern, upscale restaurant or dining hall with a sophisticated dark color palette. The room features dark wooden or tiled floors and a black exposed ceiling with circular vents. Rows of small, square dining tables are set with white linens and tableware, each paired with pale teal or light blue upholstered chairs supported by thin, angled wooden legs. Above the tables hang several brass or gold-toned contemporary chandeliers shaped like branching candelabras. In the background, large floor-to-ceiling windows with black frames look out onto an outdoor area where people and greenery are visible.
