Gather Brisbane QLD

Engaged by Mirvac, the Unita QLD team delivered this stunning space that’s fuelling the working bees of 80 Ann Street with some of the city’s best coffee and cuisine.

Designed by the creative powerhouse, Studio Spillane, this hospitality fitout occupies an intriguing wishbone-shaped tenancy that’s split between a quick-serve cafe and a dine-in bistro.

The inviting space incorporates soothing warm tones that are subtly contrasted with accents of Terrazzo, brass and honed Australian Emperador.

An exterior view of a modern café entrance. The entrance is a curved glass wall with dark framing, featuring a revolving glass door and another standard door. A set of shallow, curved stone steps with textured warning surfaces leads up to the entrance, flanked by brass handrails. Above the entrance, the ceiling is covered in parallel wooden slats. Inside the café, a small, circular display counter is visible, along with simple tables and chairs. To the right, a wall features warm, backlit shelving. Potted plants are positioned on either side of the entrance, blending the exterior and interior spaces.
