Fish & Lemonade is a refreshing twist on a classic. Designed by Paul Kelly Design and executed by Unita in just over eight weeks, this contemporary 80s inspired hospitality fitout features timber-panelled walls, dusty pink highlights and sandstone crazy paving to create a well-balanced and youthful dining experience at one of Sydney’s most iconic locations.
