With a hospitality fitout featuring traditional wall panelling, custom-made banquette booths upholstered in rich, deep leathers, custom designed “wall of infamy” and dark timber rafters overhead and floorboards underfoot, the fitout embodies architect Paul Kelly’s “clean-cut dive-bar” brief while bi-fold doors allow the Gold Coast sunshine to flood in add the perfect coastal twist on this soon-to-be cult favourite hotspot.
