A luxurious and modern interior space, likely the reception or landing area of the jeweler's store. In the foreground, a classic, tall, dark wooden grandfather clock stands next to a wooden staircase with a light-colored wooden handrail. The walls have a textured, natural stone or plaster finish. To the left, the main reception area is visible with light wooden floors, a dark, low reception desk featuring the store's "FR" logo, an oval, moss-green upholstered ottoman, and a tiered glass chandelier hanging from the ceiling.
A close-up shot of the "Fairfax & Roberts Jewellers Est. 1858" logo and nameplate mounted on a textured, light beige wall. The words "FAIRFAX & ROBERTS" are displayed in large, thick, dark-colored lettering with a modern serif font, creating a strong contrast against the wall. The text "JEWELLERS EST. 1858" is centered below in smaller, simple, dark-colored letters.
Fairfax & Roberts Sydney NSW

Fairfax & Roberts engaged Unita to refurbish their store in Sydney and within eight days Unita completed the retail fitout. With extravagant pieces of fine jewellery, it was key for their fitout to reflect their level of quality. Hence, their fitout is aesthetically simple and elegant in order to prioritise their jewellery displays. In addition, there was a heavy emphasis on the use of lighting to perfectly reflect their intricately cut gems.

A close-up view of the interior entrance to the Fairfax & Roberts jewellers shop. A small, elegant round table with a white marble top and a polished gold pedestal base holds a large white vase filled with an arrangement of purple and dark pink flowers, including large globe-like blooms (possibly Allium) and green leaves. The background wall is covered in a light beige, textured material, and the black "FAIRFAX & ROBERTS JEWELLERS EST. 1858" logo is applied directly to the wall or a glass panel. To the far left, a glass display case showing jewelry and a wooden step are visible.

A small, elegant table with a gold pedestal base and a vase of purple flowers is positioned just inside. The back wall has a light, textured wood-like finish, and a black "FAIRFAX & ROBERTS" logo is applied to the wall or a glass panel. A faint, reversed reflection of a neighboring shop's logo, "TIFFANY & CO," is visible on the central glass door.
