Designed by the brilliant minds at Technē Architecture + Interior Design and built by our Unita Victoria team, this stunning CorePlus Pilates fitness fitout is flooded with natural light and adorned with elegant fluted glass and warm timber accents.

With a state-of-the-art reformer studio, heated mat studio and beautiful bathroom facilities, this studio is truly a sanctuary for Pilates enthusiasts.

The Frankston location marks our second project with CorePlus and we cannot wait to witness the continued growth and success of this remarkable studio.

A modern, minimalist reception or check-in desk area. The desk features a curved front clad in vertical dark wood or black paneling and is topped with a glass surface. Two matching silver Apple iMac computer monitors face away from the viewer. A small round section of dark brown marble is inlaid into the right side of the desk surface. Mounted on the white wall above the monitors are black 3D letters spelling the phrase: "MOVEMENT THAT MOVES YOU."

Fitout and construction

A detail shot of a clean, modern bathroom vanity with dual sinks. The wall is covered in long, light gray vertical subway tiles. Two oval mirrors with backlit LED lighting are mounted above a continuous gray countertop. On the countertop sit two white, elliptical vessel sinks with wall-mounted chrome faucets. Between the sinks is a small bamboo and white ceramic tray holding toiletries. To the sides of the mirrors are ribbed glass wall sconces and wall-mounted dispensers for soap/lotion. The reflection in the left mirror shows a dark window.
