Unita delivered Revo Fitness Angle Vale, the largest Revo gym to date, requiring a highly considered approach to adapt the brand’s model to a significantly larger footprint.
Our team focused on applying value engineering to make the scale achievable while maintaining brand identity and the integrity of the initial design.
Through multiple rounds of cost planning, specification refinement and procurement strategies, Unita refined the scope and optimised materials selections to align the project with budget expectations. This approach allowed the expansive 2,995m² space to be delivered efficiently without compromising the Revo look and feel.
The finished gym fitout integrates new design features, including freeform paintwork, bold graphics and bespoke joinery, creating a dynamic and cohesive environment at scale. The project demonstrates Unita’s ability to adapt large-format spaces through smart, practical delivery solutions and value engineering.
