Continuing our partnership with Pellicano and South City Square, Unita had the pleasure of delivering the newest addition to this vibrant and diverse community of retail, residential and commercial businesses nestled in the heart of Woolloongabba.

A richly detailed bar interior featuring a retro, Art Deco-inspired design. The space has curved walls and ceilings painted in a dusty rose or salmon color. The bar is clad in warm wood paneling and has a central counter area with rows of liquor bottles and taps. Seating includes two-person seafoam green upholstered booths and matching stools with woven rattan backs placed at a low wooden counter. A decorative, tiered glass chandelier hangs from a circular ceiling detail with pink neon accent lighting. The floor is covered in a patterned tile with blue and white geometric designs.
A close-up of a theatrical and textured interior space, likely a restaurant or cafe. The image is dominated by a wall finished in light beige, textured stucco, featuring a large, curved cut-out framed in copper or bronze. A long, sheer white curtain hangs vertically from this curve, separating the space. To the left is a vintage brass sconce with a frosted glass shade. To the right, behind the curtain, is a tufted booth seat upholstered in a salmon or terracotta color. Above the booth, a warm, antique bronze chandelier hangs from a ceiling area that appears to be made of distressed, painted wooden planks.
Casa Chow Woolloongabba QLD

Fusing Chinese and Peruvian cuisine, Casa Chow features one of the most unique and intricate hospitality fitouts the Unita QLD team has ever delivered. Designed by Collectivus, the earthy-toned space features an extravagant curved bulkhead, terracotta tiling and bamboo panelling, all complimented with French Wash finished walls and its one-of-a-kind shutter feature wall. After dark, Casa Chow authentically embraces the Peruvian nightlife culture by transforming into a cocktail bar with its perched DJ booth, open-air seating and vibrant LED lighting.

The interior of a warm, eclectic restaurant or cafe. The walls have a two-tone plaster finish, with the upper section a textured light gray and the lower section a dusty salmon-pink. The floor is covered in geometric patterned tiles in earthy tones. On the left, a wooden counter has three rattan and wood bar stools positioned beneath a folding glass window. On the right, two cream-colored upholstered booth seats with matching chairs surround round wooden tables. In the background, a large, curved doorway covered by a sheer white curtain leads to a more intimate area where a vintage pendant light is visible.
