Designed by Sshyne Studio, the restaurant combines Mediterranean-inspired interiors with seamless construction. Our team provided a complete, turnkey fitout solution, managing every aspect of the project from initial design to final execution, including custom joinery. This end-to-end fitout ensured the venue’s design aligns perfectly with its prime riverside location, utilising high-end fitout techniques to bring the vision to life. The fitout includes custom features such as olive trees rising from the tables and a palette that blends warm green and pine elements, creating an immersive dining environment.
