Designed by Tom Mark Henry, BaShan, a Sichuan noodle bar in Green Square’s newest food precinct, is inspired by the bold and bustling Chinese City of Chongqing. Taking cues from traditional Chinese design, the hospitality fitout features timber framework, bold red tones and slate cobble-stone floors referencing the streets from which it’s delicious fare originates.
