Two years on from its opening, Supernormal Brisbane continues to set the standard for hospitality in Queensland. Combining exceptional design, a prime riverside location and a carefully executed fitout, the venue remains one of the city’s most celebrated dining destinations. It was the perfect setting for our biggest event to date, where we brought together clients, designers, operators and industry leaders for an evening of conversation, connection and insight.

Hosted in Supernormal’s private dining space, our panel included Arielle Ralph and Jill Chilton from A Date with Design podcast and Steve de Maio from Gennari Group. The discussion covered everything from artificial intelligence and evolving guest expectations, to the opportunities and challenges presented by the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games. Our speakers shared practical insights on design, operations, procurement and long-term investment, while reflecting on how hospitality businesses can create experiences that stand the test of time.
