What began as a boutique studio offering has since evolved into one of Australia’s most ambitious wellness destinations. This project marks a new chapter in our ongoing partnership, with the latest expansion introducing a full-service open gym and an elevated rooftop wellness retreat.

Our team initially delivered the 1,217 m² internal gym and wellness fit-out, including five temperature-controlled studios (yoga, barre, pilates, ride and functional), luxe amenities, recovery lounges, a herbal tonic health bar, and sleek reception zones. In 2025, we returned to expand the facility into a 4,600 m², multi-level flagship. The scope included a sixth studio dedicated to Run Club, a complete gym floor, a rooftop wellness zone with plunge pools, infrared and traditional saunas, steam room, and outdoor daybeds, as well as a rooftop bar, lounge, and a family-friendly crèche with an interactive playground.

Building within a live shopping centre required careful coordination and off-hour staging. One of the greatest challenges came with Cyclone Alfred, which impacted supply chains and access during key construction windows. Unita responded by reprogramming works, fast-tracking procurement, and leaning on our national reach to keep timelines intact. As the scope expanded, so did the complexity. From structural penetrations for rooftop access to maintaining operations in existing zones, our team staged delivery with surgical precision—ensuring a seamless experience for members, shoppers and stakeholders alike.

Working alongside the design team, Unita brought the vision to life with refined detailing, in-house joinery and thoughtful materiality. From ambient lighting and curved timber finishes to custom recovery lounges and rooftop fixtures, every touchpoint was built to reflect TotalFusion’s next-generation wellness ethos.

The result is a dynamic new flagship that redefines wellness in the Northside, an evolving partnership built on trust, quality and growth, and a scalable model ready to roll out across multiple TotalFusion locations.
