Proudly built by Unita, the Royal Penthouse at Omnia unfolds across two expansive levels, connected by a grand spiral staircase wrapped around a glass elevator.

With custom joinery crafted in our Brisbane factory and exceptionally refined finishes throughout, this apartment fitout balances modern glamour with timeless elegance at one of Sydney’s most prestigious addresses.

A luxurious, modern bathroom interior featuring a large, freestanding white bathtub in the foreground.
