The refurbishment of Loreto College’s administration building transformed an underutilised 1980s infill into a welcoming and highly functional space for staff, students and visitors.
Working alongside Ink Duck, the team carefully balanced heritage restoration with contemporary functionality, reinstating original colours and finishes while improving the building’s day-to-day performance.
A strong focus on value engineering generated significant cost savings, allowing additional improvements to be incorporated without exceeding budget.
Delivered ahead of programme, the project demonstrates the team’s ability to maximise value, respect existing architecture and create thoughtfully designed education environments through careful planning and precise execution.
