Sabo Miranda NSW

At 83m², the boutique feels warm and immersive, with an earthy palette and light-filled layout that create a calm, inviting atmosphere.

Concealed hanging displays, a monolithic POS and curated changerooms echo the brand’s signature moves – while new elements including burl wood detailing, softened niche profiles and tailored lighting, give the Miranda store its own unique identity.

Unita partnered with Collectivus and the Sabo team from design through to delivery for this retail fitout, applying value engineering early to reduce the cost per square metre by 17% compared with the Bondi store. Our services covered approvals, procurement, logistics, joinery manufacturing and full fitout, with the program completed one week ahead of schedule. By working closely with the client and designer, Unita maintained the creative vision while achieving budget certainty and time savings.

The finished store delivers a premium retail experience that reflects Sabo’s brand identity while offering customers something new at Miranda. Thoughtful detailing, warm finishes and careful execution combine to create a space that is both recognisably Sabo and unmistakably unique.
