Partnering with Conrad Gargett, UNITA delivered the new-look Turner & Townsend office in Brisbane’s CBD. Sticking to very tight timeframes, UNITA were able to complete the workplace within a tight timeframe and live trading environment.
Working to a very tight frames, a competitive tender was completed where Unita worked closely with T&TT to work through value engineering solutions to assist in reducing the cost out of the project. We found Unita to be very flexible and responsive to our needs throughout the project, they were able to work with us on design changes. The quality of their work was up to standard, especially considering the tight timeframe that was given.
