I am pleased to report that the experience in dealing with the Unita team, including Collectivus was very good. The process was smooth, reporting very detailed and the quality of the design and construction very good. I was very happy with the level of communication and commend the use of the thorough weekly report issued by the PM. This is a great snapshot on the status of the project and deals with the majority of questions that may be raised. The process in designing a quality space which met a budget was smooth and quick which ensured that there was minimal downtime and the project could be delivered quickly to meet our time constraints.
