Step into the transformed world of Portside Wharf with Stage 1 of our Unita QLD team’s monumental project. From the project’s kickoff in March, we embarked on a complex construction journey that has reshaped the entire precinct. Our commitment to excellence and attention to detail have resulted in a truly remarkable transformation.
At the heart of the project, we’ve revitalized the entry plaza, giving it a fresh and inviting new look as part of our comprehensive landlord works. But that’s just the beginning. We’ve created two new Licensed Seating Areas (LSAs), meticulously designed to meet the specific requirements set forth by the community, EDQ restrictions, and budget constraints. These areas are dedicated to the exisiting tenants, Rise Bakery and Fosh, providing them with attractive spaces to engage with their customers, making it a standout feature of our commercial works.
In addition to these structural additions, we’ve undertaken significant upgrades throughout the precinct. Existing planter beds and walls have been meticulously refurbished to harmonize with the new structures, creating a seamless blend of old and new. The Unita team also executed extensive landscaping works, enhancing the beauty of the surroundings. This included the refurbishment of existing garden beds and irrigation systems, ensuring that every corner of the precinct reflects the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality.
From transforming the entry plaza to the meticulous creation of licensed seating areas and upgrading existing features, our team at Unita QLD has spared no effort in ensuring that Stage 1 sets the standards that will now flow through the Portside Wharf precinct.
