Komeyui Spring Hill QLD

With a dated State Police building as their canvas, the Unita QLD team overcame challenges such as the installation of ventilation and bin chutes through multiple layers of concrete slabs and reinforced steel beams and ensuring the complex sushi kitchen was up to standard.

Collaborating with the brilliant designers at Baenziger Coles, the result is a stunning restaurant that fuses traditional Japanese elements with modern minimalism.

Modern board room with a black table, light wood chairs, and a large abstract wave painting.
