Unita recently had the pleasure of delivering Australia’s first ever Jamie Oliver’s Pizzeria in Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast. With an exposed kitchen, feature pizza oven and fresh, pastel-hued aesthetic, the fit-out sets the tone for the casual eatery which allows diners full view of the kitchen to soak up the pizza-tossing theatrics from the chefs.
