Designed by Tom Mark Henry, BaShan, a Sichuan noodle bar in Green Square’s newest food precinct, is inspired by the bold and bustling Chinese City of Chongqing. Taking cues from traditional Chinese design, the fit-out features timber framework, bold red tones and slate cobble-stone floors referencing the streets from which it’s delicious fare originates.
